BGD Bet's Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide

BGD Bet is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between BGD Bet and its users. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms.

To place bets on BGD Bet, you must create an active account. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration. BGD Bet reserves the right to terminate any account found to contain false or misleading information, and any balance in such an account may be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC):

BGD Bet may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal or when certain thresholds are reached. This may include a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving license. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or place bets on BGD Bet. Gaming by minors is strictly prohibited. If age verification reveals that a user is under 18, the account will be immediately closed and any remaining balance will not be refunded.

Additionally, BGD Bet may not be able to provide services to users from certain countries or regions. Any account created using a VPN or proxy from a restricted region will be subject to termination.

Important Withdrawal Rules:

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Wagering Requirement:

A wagering requirement is the amount you need to bet before bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, a BDT 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place a total of BDT 1,000 in bets.

• Wagering must generally be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Bets placed with bonus funds generally require minimum odds of 1.5 or higher.
• You may not be able to claim another bonus while one is already active.
• If you withdraw before meeting the bonus requirements, the withdrawal will be processed with the bonus balance deducted.

Certain rules apply when placing bets on BGD Bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. Odds may shift before a match begins or during live betting, and you may be required to confirm your bet at the revised odds.

Reasons for Bet Cancellation or Voiding:

• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed.
• When incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If the governing authority changes the official result.
• If a match is not played at the designated venue or under the standard rules (in specified cases).

If a bet is cancelled, the stake will be refunded. If one selection within a multi-bet (accumulator) is cancelled, the remaining selections will continue to stand.

Live Betting:

Odds move fast in live betting. If the odds change between the time you submit a bet and when it is processed, BGD Bet will either accept the bet at the updated odds or cancel it and return the stake.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BGD Bet. Violations may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform for money laundering.
• Match Fixing: Involvement in match-fixing or manipulation of any match or event outcome.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software to place bets or manage your account.
• False Information: Providing a false identity or contact information during registration.
• Bonus Abuse: Coordinated betting to exploit bonus mechanics.
• Account selling: Selling or allowing others to access your account.

BGD Bet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a user's account at any time and for any reason. In most cases, a notice will be sent via email or SMS before the account is closed.

Main Reasons for Account Closure:

1. Violating any part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Account inactive for an extended period (12 months).
3. KYC verification not completed.
4. For legal or regulatory reasons.
5. At the user's own request.

Users who wish to close their account must contact the support team. All pending bets must be settled and any withdrawable balance must be withdrawn beforehand.

BGD Bet believes betting should be entertainment, not an addiction. That's why responsible gaming is a top priority, and a range of tools are provided to help keep users in control.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
